The 7 Rules

1. Every message ends with a question. (Except goodbyes.)
2. Move one step at a time. Never skip ahead to the video or price.
3. Two no's = DONE. Silence gets ONE nudge per conversation, ever... already nudged once? Send nothing, move them to LATER.
4. Never send words they’ve already seen. Every touch must add something new... a fresh question, a hold, a reason.
5. Never tell them what's wrong before they ask. The scorecard does that.
6. Reply like a human... never within seconds. Wait a few minutes to a few hours, and match their length.
7. Reply fits no button? Don’t guess... hand it to Andrew.
