The 5 Rules (warm leads are not cold leads)
- Reply FAST. Warm inbound is the opposite of cold outreach... speed wins bookings. Minutes, not hours.
- Every message ends with a question. Especially the one right before the money. Never end on "here's the link."
- The date is the urgency. One booth per day is real scarcity. Use it honestly, never invent pressure.
- A change request is a buying signal. Revise fast, then ask: "anything else, or are you good to go?"
- Max 4 quiet touches (same day, Day 1, Day 3, Day 5)... then release the date and stop chasing.
The Endings
BOOKED = signed + deposit
WAITING = they named a day
RELEASED = date freed, one rescue note later
DONE = booked elsewhere
